That's a rap! On location today/The waterfalls of Starved Rock Shooting for Illinois Travel commercial. I'll be the guy who's in awe as he hicks and explores this beautiful water fall! If you've not been there, it's a wonderful hacking location. Again, what a blessing! This crew from Chicagos own One Optimus, didn't disappoint.

Absinthe Green- Modern Day Story of Paul Gauguin and Vincent Van Gogh staring David Dorn
This drama, flavored with magical realism, is based on a modern day version of Vincent Van Gogh and Paul Gauguin. The two characters, Conrad Goff (Van Gogh) and Eugene Batilde (Gauguin), are artists living within the bohemian world of Milwaukee where, just like in the 1800's, absinthe drinking has come back into style. Here the two artists play out the karma of their previous lives.
The absinthe green fairy manipulates time. Often the artists to have one foot in their modern day reality and one foot in their past as she plays with them, their lives, and their creativity. This parallel universe begs questions of life after death, the meaning of existence, and the nature of creativity.
